CGPWA, Jammu came into existence, in 1994 and was granted registration as a society by the Registrar of Societies, J&K. vide no: 2349 – S of 21st of July, 1995. The first outstation branch/unit for Kashmir was commissioned at Srinagar on 11th of June, 2012. With the membership from Kashmir, added to the rolls of the Association of Jammu, the number of member crossed the 200 mark.
The Central Government Pensioners Welfare Association, Kashmir, convened its inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the prestigious Amar Singh Club in Srinagar. The event marked a significant milestone for the association, providing a platform for its members to gather and deliberate on matters pertinent to the welfare of central government pensioners in the region.

Pensioners.
